Coming out of that blue state of mind__difficult yet possible

A JOURNEY TOWARDS THE LIGHT:

Somehow, we have all been through those difficult times when everything seems so heavy, unmanageable and tiring. It becomes difficult for us to smile . Life seems nothing but a burden that has to be carried around without any gains. We have everyone around us yet we feel so alone. Nothing seems to bring us pleasure. with every wrong happening we feel like being pushed into that blue world , of fears and cries , more and more.
WE ASK OURSELVES: WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME? DOES THIS HAPPEN TO ME ONLY? AM I BEING PSYCHOTIC OR SOMETHING OR WHAT?
So the answer is:
 NO ,YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE FACING IT NOR ARE YOU BEING PSYCHOTIC !

The fact is that the world we are living in is just as good and merciful as it seems bad and evil. You just need the right eye to see that. But first of all you need to get rid of these negative emotions. There is no one that can help you out of that depressed and anxious state of mind but YOU. Here are a few ways of how you can achieve that.

1- WRITE IT ALL DOWN:

Write all the negative feelings down. The things that bother you you in any way or has bothered you in the past. The people whose company suffocates you and why. The secrets that are burdening your heart. Also write about that reasons as in why and how do they bother you? If you feel vulnerable about writing it all down. you can write it in a form of a story. Don't use the real names or the pronouns like I, me and myself. Go for the general pronouns as one, ones and oneself.

2- ANALYSE IT:

Read and re-read all the things you have written and try to analyse it, as to why do you feel like that? Why did that specific thing happen to you? Try to analyse your mistakes and also try to determine where did it all go wrong! Try to interpret the basic things that are troubling you and hindering you from interacting with people. Once you have done the self-assessment you can approach the problems and sort them out.

3- SORT THEM OUT:

Now that you know what going wrong and where, you can easily sort it all out just but avoiding the things that are causing trouble in your life. Try to be interactive and cooperative. the world might seem to be wrong and all that but if you want it to cooperate with you and be forgiving towards you, you also have to show some cooperation.

a-Try to be re-conciliatory;

Try to be as mush forgiving and re-conciliatory as you want others to be towards you. Try to overlook the minor details about regular stuff, as its seen that sometimes being too picky about everything causes depression in a-lot of people. So, the more you are forgiving the more you will stay happy. The more positive you are, the more positive people you will attract. In this way, you will not only get a motivating friend zone but it will also make you feel less lonely and more alive.

b- Be Creative:

Try to be creative. whenever you feel down, take your pencil and a piece of paper and draw. Just try to indulge yourself in more creative work like sketching, drawing, writing etc. Just try anything that will get it off your mind. Everyone is different, where some people love to portray their feelings in the form of a drawing others like writing it down. It will not only get all the burden off your mind but can also be productive as its known that almost all great artists & writers have been through some kind of anxiety or depression.

c- Explore the world:

By exploring the world, I don't mean that you should get a passport and go, see other countries and cultures around the world, well if your pocket allows you_you surely can, but i want you to get out of that warm blanket of yours that saves you from this cold world. Instead go out and face it. Try to understand its norms and traditions. Don't try to segregate yourself from this world because its not gonna help you. In-fact , half of your anxiety is because of the loneliness. That vast empty hole you feel inside is partly made by your very own-self. Don't you want to end that loneliness, guess what ,it will only end if you want to end it.

d-Inspire Yourself:

We always try to find some inspiration in the others. but why to find it in others when you can be you very own inspiration. Try to look good___makeup or natural___do anything that will make you happy. Go on a shopping, try something new. Venture with a new look. Buy yourself  some colourful clothes, get yourself a new haircut.  Anything that will make you feel more alive.

e-Don't Lose Hope:

If something goes wrong, whether its related to your work, family or your love life, DON'T LOSE HOPE. Always remember, there are some people who have faced worst situations than that of you. you live well, wear well and eat well. There are some people who sleep on roads, people who get to eat after days, people who cant afford to buy a single dress for their only child. Don't get depressed by thinking about the people that are acceding you in life, instead take inspiration from those who are combating with the worst situations than you, they are indeed the real inspiration.

In a nutshell, Try to keep yourself happy. The things you think are keeping you safe are the ones helping your anxiety to take control. You are more than that sad little bird sitting alone on some twig waiting for someone to show mercy towards it. You are rather that lion that is born to rule , whose one roar is enough to make the entire jungle cringe in fear__ Its you who determine their attitute towards you!
